As a young child, Rockett sat in the family’s aroma filled kitchen watching his grandmothers cook for family.  Little did he know Gladys and Lillian were training him for a future in feeding the community.

Rockett developed a deeper passion for barbecue and soon created a flavor of his own.  Over a decade was spent refining his signature dry rub and sauces.  Living an active fitness lifestyle led Rockett to produce the same great tasting sauce using spices, minerals, fruit extracts, and no sugar!
